"The apartment is lovely & very very close to NAIA Terminal 3 for an early or late Cebu Pacific flight. The disappointment for me was that it's not a hotel or even a guest house, nobody was expecting me and I had to find correct apartment block & then ask around thinking I'd been ripped off for about 20 minutes then wait around another 20 minutes for a caretaker to let me in. "the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"I was not given any information about which tower and unit number beforehand, so had to contact the property on arrival. Luckily I received a response within 30 mins. Make sure you contact the property before arriving. For the price, in BGC it's hard to beat. The unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 levels, though the living room is quite tiny. I think with just a few tweaks, the stay would have been much more comfortable. Extra towels (and bigger towels) as well as face towels for the bathrooms, for one....
