"Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. "This is a good resort and we had a good stay here. Was pleased by being able to relax by the pool and enjoy snacks during the day. But there are no elevators so lots of stair-climbing. Buffet was huge but quite repetitive, especially breakfast, which was not appetizing at all."

"Not easy to find, no extras such as the usual toiletries, only two each of bowls, plates, and cups in the kitchen . . nothing else. To have access to anything everything has to be paid for. It isn't easy access to the beach. The entire place was very warm. The pool area seemed nice."
