"Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay. Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there. Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well. Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future."

Everything can be operated on an iPad such as drapes, curtains, lights, air conditioning and television. You can make dinner reservations or order room service. They offer a free cruise of the bay. The service was prompt and efficient."
