"Starting with reception in the arrival, we stayed for an hour as they can’t found the reservation then they can’t determine the payment. Then we got apartment with no warmers machine which lead to the sickness of whole family. The weather temperature was -2. We were really frustrated from this experience."

"This was a fabulous experience in the Moroccan Sahara. Hassan and his team worked very hard to meet all our requests and exceeded our expectations. The food was great and they organised a fabulous tour of the area. The tents were clean and had great facilities, making for a comfortable stay. "Staying at Royal Luxury Camps was nothing short of a dream. It was above and beyond expectation with respect to ambiance, customer service, and overall experience. First we were met by Hafid, who is in ancredibly kind and knowledgeable man with respect to the desert and surrounding cities. "We had a great stay in the suite, there was good closet space, living room space, a king bedroom and a fairly large bathroom. Hotel uses the middle eastern style bidet (no hose or toilet automation). WiFi was good when the hotel wasn’t busy. Nice pool area, no gym on property. For the suite, the TV only faces the bedroom leaving a mirror on the living room side. There are modern outlets at the beds for charging, but found the normal power plugs are still faster."

"This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket.
