"According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "

The location of the Jima in the middle of the dunes is magnificent, the food is very good and plentiful. Jima was very clean and perfectly designed, including everything you would need. "This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket. The breakfast was delicious, and my kids especially loved the pasta! :) If I visit Merzouga again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our experience so memorable."
