"Initially, I was a little disappointed, thinking the lift room was smaller than it had looked online. And it also only had one bed, which could make things a little awkward in my situation. But it was my fault, as I had mistakenly booked the king bed loft room, not a 2 bed. This place does not have an elevator, but a spiral staircase (not steep). I ended up living this place. It has an old-timey feel to it, but not in a bad way. It was unique and comfortable, clean but still had it's historic foundation, which I appreciate. The front desk attendants were all wonderful and polite and friendly. The groundskeeper came quickly as he saw I was about to carry my (quite heavy) luggage up the staircase, and saved the day. If I ever come back to Kerrville, I will definitely stay here again. Overall, it was a great stay with an amazing staff."
