the facility is very dated, bedroom floors are tile, very cold to walk on. Happy hour in the bar was very expensive for house drinks, we were the ONLY people in there on a thursday night (which tells you a lot). No breakfast included unlike its competition across the street. Check in took longer than normal, very cluttered, changing air filters overhead with a ladder, workers, etc, WILL NOT use this property again

There is not an elevator in the building we stayed in. The room smelled closed up, but it was spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony which was lovely. Overall, a nice place we return to each time we are in Kerrville.

I don’t know how this place has decent ratings. It’s so gross and ran down. Stains on the furniture, mold growing around the bathtub and toilet that rocks when you sit on it. There’s holes in the walls and writing on them. The outside looked nice, so, we were shook when we went in the room.

Yeah buddy! Felt like I stepped out of a Time Machine! Super cute and super Texan! Clean, comfortable beds, hot showers, pup friendly, and good location. The front desk/entry area is spectacular! The taxidermy was really awesome to see! The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind. I had the lunch buffet while there. It was ok, but not something I’d have again. Food wasn’t bad per se, but limited options and BBQ is one of the last things I dine out for. All in all I’d definitely stay again.
