Mayfair hotel rooms a the Firmdale

"Everything at this hotel was great. Located next to everything, the only downside was not having a/c unit in the room. It would be hot during the day with only a fan going. Thankfully the weather was not too terribly hot so we managed but I cant imagine that in the summer months "

"The stay was fine and the hotel is very convenient for an early morning flight. One suggestion: the confirmation email did not give the address and there are a few Hilton Garden Heathrow hotels. We, like many others apparently, went to the wrong one first. We recommend that they highlight this fact and their address in the confirmation email. "
