"breakfast was amazing. staff were always friendly and helpful. AC unit in the room didn't quite work so it was stuffy with no windows to open but that was the only complaint."

"Perfectly located for us attending a gig at Wembley arena, it was so nice not to be caught in the mad rush for the tube. The hotel was perfect from start to finish, friendly staff and easy check in, lovely big rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean! The sky bar was a bonus, being able to finish our night off with cocktails with a view. We also loved that check out was 12 so we could enjoy a good lie in. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again! "

"Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice room furnishings, good breakfast, professional staff. The only reason for the lower rating is the noise isolation seems rather poor. I sadly couldn't get any sleep from 7am onwards due to the amount of noise from quite a few children running around, playing and shouting, in spite of using ear plugs. Thankfully staying for just one night, would have been difficult to stay here in the same conditions for a longer stay."

"On arrival the reception was excellent and we were ask had we been before and we confirmed that we had and this weekend and staying in the Hilton at Croydon was our annual trip from Gloucester to visit family-Everything was excellent and all staff were very polite and helpful-We are going to stay at the Hampton by Hilton at Waterloo in October-Tim & Debs"
