I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. "

"This property is over the top with live penguins, birds, fish. There is an on site professional photographer who was able to get us graduation photos during our stay with no advance booking. The beach is lovely and there are several boutique shops on site. This was the best hotel better than the Hyatt on Waikīkī."
