"The staff was excellent! Everyone was helpful and treated us very well. It was nice to have two great dining options within the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable."
"A lovely, well-maintained hotel located by the beach. The room was somewhat larger than typical budget accommodations in Japan. The welcoming staff ensured our stay was truly memorable."
"Lovely stay for my family. Room was very big and spacious. The bathtub was fantastic! My kids love it. Everything is within a short driving distance.

"So this is basically a sex hotel and it is far away from downtown. For some reason the last bus never showed up so it was an expensive taxi.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and one of the neighbors sang karaoke until around 1:00 am.
There air con did not work well either so it was a smelly, hot, loud room."

"A fantastic option for those using Universal park, everything is there you need. The hotel rooms are a great size with plenty of the comforts you expect in a Japanese hotel "
"Beautiful hotel! The location is great. The cleanliness and service were amazing. I love the gifts prepared for us -- various goodies, such as bubble baths and face masks. This hotel is definitely up in my list!"
"Stayed in APA hotel before. It’s clean, tidy but small. In neighbourhood Namba close to most sightseeing spot in Osaka. 7-11 on 4th floor and serve quality cocktails in hotel bar. Many good amenities like self serve laundry. "
"Having stayed at a hotel near Tokyo DIsneyland last week, this hotel was a vast improvement in the way of convenience and location. Walking out of the train station and seeing everything was great. There are 3 Lawsons and a 7-11 between the station and the entrance to Universal Studios. There is only one washer dryer on each floor so I had to go 4 floors below my own to find a washer dryer that was available. The staff helped us with luggage forwarding. It was so great to walk 5 minutes to the hotel after a long day at Universal."
