The service from beginning to end was faultless, the room was immaculate with a balcony that gave me the perfect place to view stunning sunsets. As for the food, there were so many choices but all as delicious as each other. I am coming back with my family in august for two and a half weeks and cannot wait. "We always enjoy staying here. I was disappointed at a dinner at the Italian restaurant. We ate there twice. The first time the staff was pleasant and kind and we had a great time. I am Greek so was able to order and communicate in Greek. The second time my husband went with our 3 boys. They do not speak Greek so the waiter decided to charge them 4 times the original price for bread. I realized that when I went to meet them at the restaurant and looked at their bill. The waiter was surprised we caught the error and went to go tell a lady behind the cash. As he approached her they both laughed while they fixed the mistake. Very very disappointing. We love the resort but all it takes is one dishonest employee to change your opinion about something. "
