"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...

"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "This is an amazing place, it's a family run operation and gives you a great idea of an Austrian/Styria mountain experience. Everything in the rooms are brand new/completely remodeled.
