We stayed at the Kartause for a couple days to see our daughter who is studying abroad there. It was a very enjoyable place to stay.

The room was very small for the price. However, beds and pillows were very comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I have experienced at any other hotel. The restaurant was good, but not great. The food was average and pricey and most of the staff members were not very friendly.
