"This hotel has seen some wear and tear, but it doesn't distract much from it's incredible location (our room overlooked Times Square!), excellent housekeeping, and friendly staff! Have stayed her many times and will continue to come back!"

"Great location and close to times square two restaurant options, and a pool, which is unique to the area. My only dislikes are the lack of elevators. They only have three most of them always stop at the restaurants and in the room there’s a refrigerator and coffee maker, but no microwave."

"LOVED this hotel in the heart of the theatre district. Rooms are spacious and staff welcoming. They have some scent that I loved so much that just relaxed me as soon as I walked in. Only issue was an elevator was out and the hotel was busy so it would take a while to get up and down and always be a packed ride. "

"It was good. But having stayed in a regular deluxe room vs junior suite, not sure the jr is worth the extra money. They do need new carpets. Every room I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed here often, the carpets are pretty damaged and kind of ick."
