Manggahan hotel rooms a the Independent

"Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. "

"I've been staying here for 2 years now for weeks at a time when I travel to Antipolo. Never have I ever been charged for an extra towel. 100 pesos. It's not about the money. I tip my driver 1000 pesos from taking me from europcar to terminal 1 (5 minute drive cause I appreciate the kindness). This is the only hotel in the whole world who has ever charged me for an extra towel. Based off principle, I'll be looking else where on my next visits to Antipolo City. "
