"Any bad reviews for this hotel are totally unjustified in my view. Staff very friendly on checkin and throughout. Lovely hotel. Only negative experience was when we asked for slightly later check out due to running late we were told we would have to pay for an extra hour. As the hotel has hundreds of rooms and housekeeping was nowhere near our room I found this pedantic and jobsworthy but I suppose rules are rules. I would definitely return still 😀"
