"First impression matters the most and I will say when I walked into the hotel it was very pretty, clean and warm. I felt very safe and at ease each time I come back to the hotel after a long day out. Breakfast was really amazing as well as the dinning option. I didn’t really see the need to have room service just to have extra 6 GPB each time. Very convenient the bus and metro is close to as well as Picadilly station. I will recommend this place "

"Check-in staff were very helpful and patient. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant. Only let down was there was some black mould on the bathroom silicone and the bottom of the bathroom door had chunks missing. Looked like the result of water damage. Shame really because the rest of the hotel looked good. "

"Reception was a bit faffy unusually. Normally I can check in quickly at this hotel, but it wasn’t so quick. Checkout was similar - 4 people behind counter, but only 1/2 working on helping guests. "

"I always stay at Motel One when I need to stay a couple of nights in the city, the prices are very affordable the hotel lounge looks very nice and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the rooms are cosy and comfy and mostly clean, and the design of the bedroom and bathroom looks very modern and overall a great place to stay."

"We were visiting family and arrived at 2.40 pm even though check in was 3pm we thought we may have been able to check in but they said not so we were unable to change and had to leave our case at reception until we got back at 10 pm. We then went straight to bed, we were very surprised there was no bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was ok but very busy had to wait for items to be replaced. But overall nice hotel"

"Convenient to airport It’s an easy walk on a covered walkway the train station attached to the airport. As we needed a place to stay after taking the train for our morning flight this was perfect for us. "

"Check in was slightly chaotic due to no formal queuing system but the staff on the desk and the room itself was lovely. Not a fan of the amount of dirty laundry in the corridors when we were going to our room and was a little frustrating when I had lot had confirmation of the birthday package being added but, sorted that supper quickly so no real office. "

"Overall happy with our stay, with competitive pricing given the location. Service was nice and it was good to be able to drop off our bags before checking in. Bedding was comfortable, but nothing to write home about. The bed was big though. As you’d expect, rooms were quite small which is ok but I did expect slightly more space - it was good enough to just sleep in though. The room was clean, except for the surprise toilet brush we found in the toilet upon entry and the clogged up sink."

" We really like our stay at the hotel but didn’t really like the kitchen area in the room and dining table. We didn’t really like that whilst laying in bed you could see the kitchen. Our room also overlooked a car park which isn’t the greatest view. In saying that, I would stay here again, but in a different layout room like our friend’s room, where the kitchen is in the entrance, not the main part of the room. The hotel staff were 10/10 and the hotel has a really nice, cool, stylish vibe."
