"Awful ...avoid ..walked in not a guest house it was like a hostel....used the toilet as desperate came out and left booked somewhere else .. It the worst place i ve ever booked."

"Really good place to stay on a budget. We arrived 2 hours early and were able to check in immediately at no extra cost. Clean and comfortable accommodation."

"Not too far from the city centre - only about a tenner in a cab. Owners were friendly and got set up quickly. Stairs could be a bit creaky at night but not an issue by any means."

"The property was clean well presented and any issues were dealt with quickly. Had issues with the second front door lock but once we understood it it did work well. Left a bag behind when we left and it was kept until we could pick it up 3 weeks later."

"Greeted by a pile of dirty bedding and towels in the room, phoned to tell the owners who did nothing about it. Very very dated and not in a quaint way. Not clean at all. Fortunately it was only a one night stay before we flew out on holiday early the next morning. I would not recommend to anyone. Floorboards are ridiculously creaky, if anyone gets up in the night, everyone is woken up! "
