Malibay hotel rooms a the OYO Rooms

"The place was clean but there are headboards around everywhere, being 6ft tall I could not stand up in all places. Quite frustrating and after hitting my head 3 times on the first night I decided to exit early and find another place to stay. It took 3 hours to get back my deposit. They also charged extra $$ upon arrival stating room rates but I had prepaid and then said it was government charges, I gave in but then would only take cash and didnt have change, unbelievable. "Good= 24/7 front desk. Staff is friendly and kind. Speaks English. Bad= under renovation= noise and dirt everywhere, doors are paper thin, only sheets and towels, no services, NO ELEVATOR….
