"Staff were friendly, and helpful. Check in was very easy, even a little early which was very kind. Room was a good size, clean, aircon was cold and comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfortable and large with 2 pillows. Area felt safe and great walkable path to the beach. Front desk offers beach towels, pool on the roof had a great view of the ocean and sunset for not being directly on the beach. Great hotel stay and value for money."

"This has been one of my favourite places to stay since visiting Philippines. The service is unmatched by any five star hotel. The staff are attentive there for you. every day saying hello good morning. Good evening intending you every need. The location is also fantastic! Right in the heart of station two you can walk anywhere in a few minutes. We stayed in a premium deluxe with pool access so we could walk right out our patio door into the pool"

"The two air conditioners in the room were not adequate to cool the area, we called the front desk and they sent a technician to replace one of the units. There were no window shades in the bathroom and needed to be covered with our clothes. The WiFi was weak and couldn’t be used in our room, we had to go to the lobby to use it. Breakfast was not good, precooked eggs, tasteless watermelon was the only fruit, really bad coffee and no tea selection. The second morning had a better breakfast...
