"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. " Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them. My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience. Khop khun kha to everyone at the FS Chiang Mai. :)"

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."
