"Overall I had a good stay at this hotel but there were a few issues along the way. Once we arrived on the day of check in at around 16:00 the reception area was full of people and extremely busy. I had to queue up for a long time to check in. Once we were shown our room we were not happy with it due to there being a bad smell of cigarettes. I had to inform staff at reception who came up and sprayed some sort of spray which resolved the issue. Please note that this hotel is right next to masjid e...

"Hotel was in perfect location, literally a 5 min walk directly to the mosque. Outside the mosque is the famous little global village huts. Hotel room was clean and very spacious and so was the bathroom, staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madinah "
