"Overall I had a good stay at this hotel but there were a few issues along the way. Once we arrived on the day of check in at around 16:00 the reception area was full of people and extremely busy. I had to queue up for a long time to check in. Once we were shown our room we were not happy with it due to there being a bad smell of cigarettes.
