"Great hotel situated in Darling Harbour district. Service second to none. Room best view ever. Room large and very comfortable. Highly recommended stay in Sydney Observations: The bar fridge will never cool in an enclosed cupboard with no ventilation. Ice machine on selected floors would save money rather than have delivery and wait times The room lighting controls are the strangest I have ever seen. All on all off only one night stand light works when lights turned off. Total darkness in washroom when night light feature activated. "

"Small but clean, modern room. Sufficient for my one night stay for work. Great location. I didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment on those. The online check in & check out was good -quick & efficient. I had absolutely no interaction with any staff members so I can’t comment on customer service either. "

"Enjoyed our overnight stay. The procimity to Darling Harbour and Chinatown was excellent The staff were very courteous and friendly. Our room was upgrade and we enjoyed the extra space and amenities.We will stay again and recomend to friends."

"Great location and nice rooms though somethings are dated. The cleaner we had on the day seemed to have left dirty sheets on the floor in the room and took some towels from the room but didn't resupply them. Probably just having a bad day ! "
