"Excellent hotel, location, & staff. This hotel is the best place to stay if you are doing anything near Circular Quay, the Rocks area and plan to take the ferry. Be aware that the rooms are not massive but you could tell it was remodeled not long ago. Best bed & pillows! The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended. "

"Room had a great view for plane watching. It was a tad small with hot water in shower,extra pillows,comfortable beds with aircon. My only complaint was limited menu choice,small Wagyu burger that looked like a kids burger and very expensive"

"Absolutely outstanding hotel for our family stay in Sydney for 3 days. We had an executive club room and had access to the club lounge for breakfast which had a good range including some GF items. Room was very clean and towels nice and thick as well as robes which many hotels no longer provide. Beds super comfortable and shower nice and big. Close to sights - darling harbour and city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Junior suite was roomy and comfortable, with daily access to the executive lounge that served canapes and alcoholic beverages, including spirits. Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the shopping precinct and steps away from public transport options. "
