The team went above and beyond surprising us with a stunning room upgrade, a thoughtful bottle of wine, balloons, chocolates, rose petals on the bed, and even a personalised “Happy Anniversary” message written on the window. We also dined at the restaurant during our stay, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Room service was faultless, fast, beautifully presented, and delicious every time. "This is a good hotel for Sydney airport. It is adjacent to the international terminal, and you can walk to the international terminal easily. If you are traveling through the domestic termina, you will need to take a free airport bus between terminals. It is not possible to walk between terminals. The hotel was clean and comfortabe. "

"Rooms are very nice!! King bed, very clean. If you want to play your own movies on the TV, it has a USB input. Pool & Spa is open from 6am-9pm, it is part of Fitness First which is in the basement, FREE as a guest of the hotel. The glasserie restaurant is not very good, better to go outside to other 5star restaurants. Buffet breakfast is very good. Overall worth a stay."

"It was great. The staff is super kind and the view is to die for. Two suggestions….the hot tub could be a bit warmer and the restaurant could be faster at take away coffee. We ordered three and by the time they were all finished the first one was cold. Beside that, we loved it and will definitely be back. "
