"The property is in a great location within the CBD. It’s a two minute walk to Wynyard train station which makes it convenient when travelling to/from the airport. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times before due to the location. The only minor quips i had was the room wasn’t completely clean when i checked in. The bathroom had hair on the shower floor. "From the moment you walk in to reception you feel special. The staff are very helpful and professional, and to my surprise we were offered a free upgrade on arrival. The apartment was spectacular with full kitchen and balcony. The prices were very reasonable with complementary bathrobes. It has an on-site pool,, dining, roof top bar with fabulous views. "Stayed in a wheelchair accessible apartment which worked well. It is spacious and has ramps and no stairs and it is very easy to access the trains downstairs. Recommend for wheelchair users. Also great amenities nearby. Lovely cafe social society for brunch and a few other restaurants and a supermarket in 3 mins walk. "
