"This was my husband and I first trip to Puerto Rico and a huge factor in why we will return us because of this hotel. It’s close to the airport and if you plan on renting a car, the self park option is worth it. Just remember upon checking in make sure you bring your parking validation ticket so they can program it to your room key. First, the hotel is very welcoming. Staff is kind and courteous. The entire facility is unbelievably clean. I never had an encounter anywhere throughout of disorder. They do a fantastic job with the rooms daily. There are many restaurant options inside and outside, not to mention they offer fresh made omelettes and other breakfast items for free each morning 730am-930am which really encourages people to get up, start their day and enjoy the island. The Oasis casino is a nice option to have there and nice after a long day of excursions. My favorite part of the property was the pool. It was so peaceful and because of its location you can get a great tan also the restroom is conveniently located next to the laundry center so you can conveniently wash your wet bathing suit/towels. Overall, this is a vibrant beautiful hotel that is accessible to transportation and easy to navigate. I recommend renting a car so you will be able to travel the island. Can’t wait to go back! "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived late because my flight was delayed but they patiently helped me check-in almost at 9:00 PM. The breakfast (which was included) was great. The only think I didn’t like was that I called the taxi service they recommended (gave card) and the person said they weren’t a taxi service. The area doesn’t have a Uber or public transportation readily accessible so, if you don’t rent a car or cannot drive, it will be very hard to move around the area. "

"I'm a dad and bought my teenage son here for a little weeklong getaway in 11/2024. Overall good experience staying here though room furniture and 6th floor hallway (to a much lower extent) had a musty smell that permeated the air. Also, when we arrived we had no cold water, but someone immediately came to the room and fixed the issue, and I mean IMMEDIATELY. The guy was at the room before my kid even got back from the front desk to tell them about it. It went out again a day or two later. That time, maintenance didn't come as quick, but it was fixed for the rest of our stay. Look, I must shout out all staff here, everyone from the security in the front, the check-in clerks, the man at the beach gate, and the housekeeping and maintenance staff.. even the lady working at the traffic arm gate. My son and I went in and out of the hotel all hours of the day and night and they were always friendly and pleasant if I had any questions or issues. Even just for small talk. They definitely add value to this hotel. The kicker on top was 7AM on my last day when my phone fell down the trash chute on the 6th floor. I went down and told a worker that was just doing his thing in the lobby, and he without delay radio'd a coworker. We went into a filthy trash compartment room, and after a little bit of work, they were able to hand me my phone within 15 minutes. So I have zero beef with the staff here and wish them the best. "

"The staff are amazing. Ariana always had a smile on her face and ready to help. Monica works in the bar and she was so efficient. However, I think the ventilation needs to be inspected. The pool area is perfect. Ample towels and housekeeping supplies are always available. Excellent location. "
