"This was literally the first spacious hotel that I found in NY. Typically the hotel rooms are so tight, but this was perfect! I loved the wet bar with the additional sink and mirror. The seating space was nice as well. Oh and Solomon the doorman was exceptional! So friendly, so knowledgeable. We will be back!!"

The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has quirky touches and great front desk staff who are so eager to enhance your stay. Breakfast which apparently is run separately was a bit trying as the service was extremely slow and we would often wait 30-40 mins for our food. Overall great stay "

"Fast, easy check in with welcome drink. Staff were very polite and helpful. We didn’t request housekeeping, but they were bringing fresh towels and toiletries every day and they were super helpful and friendly. Hotel allowed us to store our luggage after check out. Convenient and safe location."
