"The hotel itself is nice and the staff were AMAZING! It shares a wall with a fish market and the hotel hallways and the whole block smells horrible. The area is not great, not convenient to anything. But overall the hotel is good. "

"This was a great experience. It took me a long time to decide on a hotel, but I'm glad Residence Inn was the best option for me. Breakfast and free laundry was the selling point for me personally. I purchased an executive king suite, it did not have a stovetop but it had a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Little amenities like a toaster, hot water electric kettle, and an ice machine in the freezer were great. Good amount of storage and the bed was comfortable. I would say that Marriott Bonvoy...

Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York, an IHG Hotel

Great place for NYC

"NYC is known for closet-sized hotel rooms that cost your entire paycheck per night. By comparison, Hotel Indigo is a steal. Large (for NYC) rooms, newer building, clean & comfortable. Not many amenities on site but just walk outside and you’re in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Many reviewers noted the noise from the club. We ended up staying on the 4th floor to avoid it, and it didn’t bother us on a Saturday night."

"Great location in the Tribeca/Soho neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. and easy walk to the subway. Friendly and helpful staff. It was odd that we had to request blankets for the beds, but they were promptly provided. "

Great escape!

"Rendezvoused with my daughter to spend some quality time. She found Arlo Soho, and it is a little treasure! It's neat and clean, and every employee is accommodating, friendly and helpful. There are several comfortable places to meet up and hang in the lobby. We ordered some drinks and appetizers through room service, which were dellicious. There is a barista on duty in the lobby with legitimately very good coffee. There are two restaurants and a lounge on site, and also a candy shop, munchie wall, and refrigerated food section in the lobby. We enjoyed a show and some terrific eateries, which we were able to access easily on foot or a quick subway ride. The weather wasn't great, but if it had been, we would've walked all around. There's a lot to see and do. Aaaand...the price is very reasonable. We will definitely be planning another stop there sometime soon!"
