"I booked it for a Friday night because we like Chinatown and dim sum. Boutique hotel, clean, comfortable room. Had no issues. Best water pressure in a shower I've ever experienced. Great location for Chinatown and Little Italy or if you're in town for state or federal court (a block away). No restaurant or "services" but for a place to stay it's pretty good. "

"Very small rooms but that's OK if you're planing to be out roaming the city most of the day. Very very noisy - we were in a corner room and could hear the doors slamming on either side of us at all hours. Bring your ear plugs! "

"We stayed one night before a cruise leaving from Red Hook. Very convenient to the ferry terminal for getting over to Brooklyn. The area is very walkable, lots of places to eat and get coffee close by. We went to the Fraunces Tavern and the staff gave us some fun pointers about the place. Our room was not overly large but was just fine for two people for a short stay. I used the gym in the morning and it was more than adequate as was the breakfast. "The hotel itself is nice and the staff were AMAZING! It shares a wall with a fish market and the hotel hallways and the whole block smells horrible. The area is not great, not convenient to anything. But overall the hotel is good. "
