"Excellent location for Valletta tourism and nightlife but also not too noisy. Stayed in ground floor room which was a little dark, but mostly quiet. Shower was great. Occasionally there were faint drainage smells around the property but this could have been due to the work going on in the next building. Outstanding choice for breakfast, served in a vaulted cellar area. Friendly staff without exception. Would stay again and will recommend to friends and family. "

Super breakfast selection and such fantastic staff. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a place to explore this lovely city. "

"The hotel is very large and from a different era and suffering from age . They have a shuttle to get you up a steep hill to the old town of Valletta The buffet breakfast was very good and our room attendant excellent"

"We had a great stay as a family of 3 (with a 6 month old baby). The hotel was very accommodating and provided us with a crib. The room and property were very clean. They only have the air conditioning on once it gets a bit hotter, but they were able to provide us with a fan as the week we were there was warmer than usual for the season."

Location was good - very walkable to everything in Valletta. Manager was super helpful too and kindly moved us to a larger room when it became available. "
