"Had some minor issues, but they got solved very quickly and we Had some very loud neighbors. Overall a nice Apartment with good furniture but a little small "

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "

"I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."
