The location was perfect for walking around or staying in. Breakfast is better than most with same style of Continental breakfast. (The coffee machine with mochas/lattes and biscuits and gravy twice a week) The parking fee is the biggest con if I had to nitpick ($23/night)

Rooms are spacious, bathrooms very clean, modern, bright. Breakfast area small. Breakfast okay. Nothing special. Food immediately taken away at 9:30. This hotel was exactly as expected, a lovely, well kept, quiet, mid-priced hotel in downtown Long Beach. Super great access to the convention center. Excellent fresh ground coffee in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was always attentive and welcoming, even at 2:00 am. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the property and staff were great, The Greatest disappointment was the payment processing. When making the reservation online it indicated that parking was included - it was not, also there was an added "processing fee" By the time all of the "Add-on fees" were added, the cost was the same as a hotel we stayed at in the area last time we visited that was nicer (higher end) Given the end price, I would have stayed elsewhere. I DESPISE Nickle and Diming - Tell me the total upfront when shopping so I can better plan my budget Don't wait until I am there to add a bunch, that is just simply playing dirty..
