Lorraine hotel rooms a the Independent

"The hotel was fine and good value for money apart from the receptionist parking her car in the handicapped/disabled car space which I vacated to take my daughter to the rail station at 5:15 am and returned at 6:00 am. I note that she did not move her vehicle although I asked whos car it was and she proudly said that it was hers."

"Mon séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"

"The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. "The hotel is right in the middle of a resort with a zoo, casino, indoor ski slope and skating, Roman pool, spa and many other things besides including many restaurants and nearby within a few minutes drive there are supermarkets and shopping centres. The hotel had a nice pool so the kids were happy and it was very clean and it is also close to the lovely city of Thionville for cafe's, castle in town, eat by the river, lovely shopping and Metz where we went to the Centre Pompidou art gallery and...
