"Staff were great. Loved the cookies on arrival, very nice gesture. Beds were very comfy and although the room was a little tired (probably down to other guests not respecting the room) it had everything in it we needed. Tho no shortbread :( little noisy with doors next to us slamming closed and a 8am wake up with the bins being emptied out the back. Nice views of the mountains once you look past the car park. Breakfast was lovely! Didn’t manage to get to the spa but look forward to trying it at...
