"I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. I’m not a big fan of Long Beach in general, but discovered 4th St on my last day which changed everything - very cool strip of independent shops and eateries. Lunch at El Barrio Cantina was...

"We enjoyed the location. Lots of restaurants close enough to walk to and several different types. We were hoping for free breakfast but food was offered for a cost. We were not expecting to have to also pay daily for parking. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable."
