"Check in was excellent and smooth. The lady checking me in was very friendly and informative. The “pet area” is across the street, covered in feces and secluded with no lighting. I didn’t not feel comfortable walking over there even with a dog. The room was accommodating for our needs. The checkout guy was awkward. Very opposing to the checking in process. "

"Hot water in the shower turned cold in less than 1 minute Tried it twice Support texted they’d talk to owner Would send someone to look at it Then would send someone tomorrow [after we leave] otherwise it was very nice can't understand about the water temperature"

"It was a crafting weekend getaway. The floors are laminate which was great for crafting. It is a block from Marsh's and close to the shops. Its a perfect location and we had the 3 bedroom suite with three queen beds. Our only complaint was the heating, there is one wall heater in the main space and none in the bedrooms. We asked for extra blankets and they were accomodating."

"This is a nice place to go to if you have a dog b/c dogs are allowed but only in certain rooms. So if you book through a 3rd party, e.g. Expedia, then you’ll want to also contact the hotel separately to ensure you have a room that allows dogs. In that dog love spirit one of my main gripes is that they provide dark chocolate on the bed pillows. It’s literally poison for dogs. Nice gesture but definitely not realizing the imminent danger you could be putting your four-legged guests in. "
