"Splurged for an ocean view room and it was worth it! Beds were comfortable. We could open the balcony doors and listen to the music during the day, and the tiny mighty coqui frogs during the night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We never had any problems finding beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Each place to eat has a slightly different menu, giving you lots of options. We also felt safe walking and exploring outside the property. PR is wonderful! Our stay at Royal Sonesta was perfect!"

"The staff was very kind, courteous, and friendly. We frequently dealt with Bellman Carlos and bartender/server Ramon who were awesome to speak with. The property location was interesting because despite the clouds over the relatively close rainforest, the sun consistently found itself over the property. Conveniently located near popular local business and locations. Would definitely visit again. One small takeaway was we might have asked for a different room when we arrived - we found some undesirable spots in the room. This didn’t take much away from our overall experience. "
