"The finca is very beautiful, the pool area is awsome, the breakfast table very nice. We appreciated the refrigerator in our room to keep our fruits and drinks cold. "Sehr schöne Anlage. Finca und Restaurant sehr gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage (nur manchmal fahren Motorradfahrer viel zu laut und zu schnell vorbei. Zu sehen sind sie nicht, aber zu hören.) Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room.
