The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. "Beautiful hotel, especially the suites with kitchenette. Food, drinks, and wait staff at the restaurant, were excellent and reasonably priced. The pools are great and clean. They are performing some renovations and expanding. Suggest calling to insure a quieter room. Elsie and Wilson, at the front desk, were awesome and very accommodating. Parking on site is very easy, with a small daily fee. Crash Boat beach is only a few minutes drive from this hotel. The parking stalls at the beach are free, so don’t get scammed. Also, you can park along road. Be aware of “green spaces “. They are not marked and you’ll get a ticket ($50-200 or more), which is not easy to dispute. Still is one of the best beaches in PR, with food vendors (reasonably priced) and the best smoothies and drinks. "

"I needed a last minute, budget friendly hotel, and let me tell you I was shocked. The room I got was probably the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in, and it was definitely outdated. But it was clean and comfortable, and I had the whole ocean in front of me to myself. I was so relaxed that I ended up extending my stay for a few more days. To top it off, I forgot my favorite hat, and they actually called me to say they’d keep it for me if I ever came back which, trust me, I will. Not just for the hat, but because of how great the stay it was."

"You cannot beat the location and the set up of this property! When you check-in, the lobby opens directly to a view of the ocean. You've got pool, restaurant, beach, lawn, and sun deck all within one area with plenty of spots under cover so you can enjoy the beautiful weather without being in the sun! We were able to easily walk to many places to eat and drive up to other beaches to explore. The hotel did have live music, which was fun, but our room was close to the stairs and it was very loud- so I recommend ear plugs. But other than that I highly recommend staying here- would stay again!"

"We had the most amazing time at Villa Montana! The beach was gorgeous and restaurant had amazing food and really great drinks. We only saw the main pool which was very nice and right off the bar at the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was super kind and helpful, so props to the amazing staff. We ended up staying in one of the villas which was really nice, very clean and larger than we expected. We rented a car to drive to the resort from the airport in San Juan and it was an easy drive (depending on time of day / week might be some traffic but it was a beautiful drive and took about two hours). Plenty of parking throughout the resort. "
