"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed. Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"Have stayed here a good 6 or 7 times now and continue to experience excellent staff services. They are friendly, approachable, accommodating and professional. As always the food was excellent and my wife's food allergies fully and professionally catered for. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.Shower water hot and the en-suite clean and warm. A problem with the hotel heating system did not spoil the overnight stay. Would stay again!!"

"Everything about the hotel is great. Only weird bit was having to enter all my details to do the booking and then getting a check in email to enter them all again. In 2024 it is odd getting an email to ask me for my email address. I guess this is an issue with linking to Expedia but surely by now the customer experience would have been perfected. "

"Staff were good, we were in the chapel , I though we would be in a beamed, raked ceiling room, but it was a very small room on the lower level of the chapel. So make sure you know what room you have before."

"We found the hotel fairly easily, its not too far from the train station and situated along the waterfront. A lot of restaurants and venue's including a cinema are close by and a wide walk way is at the front of the property. We were visiting Lincoln for my birthday and found this hotel to be close to the areas we wanted to see. The room was fine, large bed, big enough shower and nice and clean. We should maybe of aked for a front room as we booked well in advance, as our veiw was to the rear...
