"Fantastic Place to stay and very smart idea with Breakfast where you can cook your own Bacon and Eggs in the kitchen or have cereal, tea and Coffee maker etc. Definitely worth the stay. All the staff very friendly and the $20 - 2 Course Lunch is like stepping back into 1990's prices. Will stay again if I get the chance."

"Only issue was the Ack of free parking. The parking lot for the hotel was full most of the time and was not always hotel guest using it. Parking across the street was paid parking, not to expensive so it was available."

"Property is away from Mt Gambier city so you need a car. Car parking was easy as there was lots of space. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The house was older but renovated. Clean. Lots of space. There’s a kitchen, lots of dishes, cutlery and dishwasher. Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes airing rack which is a little broken but useable. Although it was summer, nights were a little chilly and all rooms had a heater but one didn’t. The steakhouse restaurant is...
