"This modern hotel has everything a traveller needs. Close to the CBD and entertainment with parking and public transport close by, the first floor bar with pool has happy hour specials on food and drinks. Breakfast is also served in this light and breezy area. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night midweek stay and hope to return soon."

"I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian."
