" The room was nice as they gave me a first floor room per my request. Also. I was scheduled to come on a Thursday night for a Friday morning meeting. However, got word that my meeting was postponed to Monday at the last minute. I missed the deadline for cancellation/changes. So called to ask them to move reservation to Sunday night. They were kind to allow me to do this. "

"The only con was that breakfast ends at 9am on the weekends which is early for us since we were on vacation and trying to sleep in. I’ve been to other properties and it typically ends at 10 am. Overall the hotel was great. If I return to Houston I will definitely stay here!"

"Front desk was friendly and helpful late check-in due to bad weather. The place is okay needs improvement the place smelled smokey and musty..Beware they charge 100 cash for incidental..I had no cash so waive for me...My negative was they hand you instructions on how yo use the shower..I thought it was a bit overprice for that Hotel..They serve breakfast and yes night shift prepares the food with a smokers cough..Better that most in the surroundings area.."

"No shuttle to the airport, but very professional and kind employees both at the desk and cleans staff.. The beds were really comfortable. however, I did find a small roach alive when in the Bathroom that Chase my rating from 5 to 4"

"Hotel is obviously in the midst of an upgrade. You can still find some items of the former named hotel around. TVs, bedding, carpet all newer upgrades. Breakfast needs some work, but change tales time and plenty of breakfast spots close by. Great Mexican restaurant next door."

What I did not like, it seemed as if a series of items just stopped working at the same time. The TV went offline, the elevator stopped working, and one of the machines in the gym was out of order.
