"After living in Sarasota for more than two decades, I had never stayed here until recently, and I’m so glad I finally did! Having worked in hospitality and property management for decades, I always notice standout service, and I just have to share my experience. First of all, the front desk team was incredibly helpful and kind, but one young lady, Zenaida, truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism and ability to not only meet but exceed expectations were incredibly impressive. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, with furnishings and decor that perfectly complement the vintage theme of this resort. The poolside area, the Baji Hut, and the incredible history of this property all contribute to its charm. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, whether for my next event, a mini staycation, or simply a day by the pool. This amazing little place has it all. Thank you to the staff at Golden Host for such a memorable experience!"

"A little mix up on after hours check in but they made it right with waived fees and went out of their way to make the stay was superb. The property is cool with attention to detail on every aspect of beach life. Best place on Siesta Key and one of the most fun places I’ve stayed in my 70 years. Recommend highly In the middle of everything. Walkable to numerous Bars and great restaurants "

"Hyatt Hotel has amazing views! This hotel is beautiful and in a great location downtown near lots of great restaurants. It was very cold outside, and we opted to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner (tenderloin medallions) and the food and service was wonderful. From valet to Check-in to Check-out we felt welcome. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel needs some upgrading. The carpet was disgusting and we couldn't sleep with the horrible sewer smell in the room. The shower was dirty and/or stained. "

"The stay at the hotel was good. Issue was if you didn’t purchase their chair and umbrella then you were forced to sit at the end where the beach area is not kept nice. You’re spending the same money as everyone else to stay at resort. Should have the same right to sit where you want on the beach. "
