"We had the Elite upgrade and was outstanding. Specially of you like Don Julio 70. The restaurants ALL were amazing . This is the 7th time we stay here ..But now is just remodeled looks NEW! shiwers flor pool sports bar and cappuccino. Had a great 5 days."

"A lot of people who complain about this resort is likely used to the 5 stars from cancun high rise. This is a 3 star resort and it is honestly the best 3 star resort i have ever been too and totally worth the money as i would like to come back here. The staff here are super friendly as they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel comfortable. I do recommend you buy a mexican sim card for data as the wifi isnt the strongest but other than that, this place is amazing."

"Honestly, everything was great no complaints. There were a few little things like certain conditions of the buildings and room but it's literally right by the ocean. Things are going to have a little rust or erode. I saw a few times they had people cleaning up the stairs rails which was cool. The employees seems hard working and sort of understaffed which is unfortunate. Shout out to the bar tenders at the pizza area (I'm terrible with names) they were always nice. Their night is cool but sucks it's only on the weekends. Something that did suck is their introduction of the club is way too long. Totally personal preference and understandable, they do have a lot of American/ Caucasian folks but if they played more Mexican/Latin music that would have been cool. Didn't try any of the restaurants you had to reserve. Food overall was good. I usually found something that I liked. Breakfast was meh for me. Overall, I would come back here"
