"This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in town and it never disappoints. It's location is super convenient as it sits on top of the Mong Kok east station which will get you anywhere is HK quickly. In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and they are always friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The property is in a good location, close to everything, this is the best point to attract me to go back to the same hotel next time. The shower head was leaking from the hose and we told the front desk but it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. The front desk reception lady was not very polite and impatient when I called to let her know our shower gel is running out, she ask me to call the house keeping office for that, and thank god they came to give us a new bottle."
