"Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. He moved us to a larger room with two beds immediately. We did have to move out of that room the following morning at checkout but again, Ben saved the day with yet another room with two beds to help us out. It's very odd for a front desk representative to be as helpful as they all were. All in all, we saw a total of 3 rooms and they were all beautiful. Will definitely stay again. "

"Everything about my stay was awesome. Easy check-in staff was friendly. The room was cozy & clean. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to food being left in the elevator which wasn’t cleaned up. Other than that my stay was great no complaints. "
