Stains on furniture, floor and bed in rooms. Trash in the hallways and elevators. As well as noisy hallways from people going to and from the rooftop bar upstairs. Adding to the noise the elevator beeping can be heard from the room and even in bed at all hours. Also, our keycards also stopped working in the middle of our stay causing us to be stuck in the elevator and locked out of our room.

Rooms are large with nice bathrooms. Bar is always a great spot for a drink or bite of food. There have been a few times I have checked in and the front desk associate was not very welcoming.

The location was perfect for our planned concert event at the Kimmel Center. The staff was super kind and helpful. I wish the rooms had a little more storage for clothes. But it was the best hotel for where we needed to be for the show . Thank you!
