"Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. "We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a beautiful location next to a small stream. Breakfast was wonderful with homemade items. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful to ensure we enjoyed our time in the area. We especially loved visiting the nearby thermal spring park for the evening. Highly recommended!"

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."
